soups, cookies, concentrates, muffins and other high-protein meals and snacks designed to facilitate weight loss.

Principal Markets

The principal markets for the Protidiet line are North American weight loss clinics and European pharmacies and
parapharmacies.

Distribution Methods

In Canada and the U.S., Protidiet products are sold by the Company without intermediaries to medically
supervised clinics, commercial weight loss chains and shops specializing in obesity treatments.

In Europe, products are sold over the counter at pharmacies and parapharmacies.
